Robert and Kelli Quave have owned QOS since 1988.

Robert Quave began his career working on typewriters with an equipment repair shop in Baton Rouge. When laser printers were first introduced he began to research the remanufacturing of toner cartridges. After presenting the idea to his boss the notion was declined. At this point Robert and Kelli started their own company in 1988. Like any small business owners they took the good times with the bad. They built the company on a foundation of printer service and customer service which is where it is at today. Over the years Quave has merged with several companies in order to change in an ever changing industry.
